Prior to psychotherapy, I was a producer in the entertainment industry.  These creative and high-stress environments gave me an understanding of the struggles and challenges that many professional and artistic people face. I also have a passion for working with teens and young adults, as these formative years can be filled with an overwhelming amount of change, uncertainty and confusion. I have volunteered with groups, coached a few sports teams, and did public speaking for several organizations to help couples and teens and continue to work with several charities.

As a graduate of Pepperdine University with a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology, I have an emphasis in Marriage and Family therapy where I work with individuals, couples, and teens. I specialize in helping people who battle their negative views of self-worth, self-sabotaging behaviors, feeling stuck in their lives when they may be unable to move forward from past trauma with problems that directly affect their relationships (helping couples have more healthy and satisfying relationships) and conflicting with self-actualization.
